Q: I have an "Intelligent Interface". When I want to control my fischertechnik-models via "LLWin", I get the message "No connection to interface".
A: This problem can have different reasons. Please download the file 30402connection.pdf, there is explained how the problem can be solved.

Q: Can the Universal-Interface (parallel port) be coupled with the serial Intelligent Interface?
A: No, that's not possible, but you can combine two parallel intefaces. Moreover, the new Extension Module doubles the in- and outputs of the Intelligent Interface.

Q: Can fischertechnik-Computing-models be controlled with another software than LLWin?

A: Yes. Caused by the diffusion of the PC and Windows, we only develop and support LLWin. But there are drivers available which have been developed by fischertechnk-fans (eg.for Visual Basic, C++, Delphi,...).
You will find the links by Links -> Computing. Moreover, Apple-user can get an interface and software developed by the German company Boenig & Kallenbach.

Q: I have a Pentium-PC and fischertechnik-DOS-software. My models don't work correctly (eg. wrong impulse counts). Why?
A: We know this problem. The speed of today's PCs (since 486-generation) is too high for the old software. You can use LLWin to solve this problem. A demo of this comfortable Windows-applicationcan be downloaded under Computing/Download.
